My Persian lineage isn't borrowed, it's lived. For millennia, my ancestors crafted jewellery for Persian courts, painted miniatures in Isfahan's workshops, and mined the turquoise that travelled the Silk Road to distant empires.

As a Persian-British designer, I bridge two worlds: the ancient artistic traditions of Iran and the 250-year goldsmithing excellence of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. This isn't cultural appropriation, this is my story.

After formal design training and experience at Mappin & Webb, I founded Silux London to honour my Persian roots whilst embracing British craftsmanship. Every piece merges 5,000 years of Persian artistic tradition with contemporary British precision.

I personally travel to Iran to source Persian turquoise from the legendary Neyshabur mines, continuing a tradition unbroken for 5,000 years. Each stone is hand-selected, certificated, and carries the story of the Silk Road.
