We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on standard made-to-order pieces. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all certificates included. Bespoke commissions and personalised pieces are excluded.

Can I exchange my jewellery?

Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days for different designs. You'll cover any price difference. Exchange shipping costs apply.

We offer one free ring resize within 60 days of delivery (UK only, within 2 sizes). Additional resizes cost £50-£100 depending on design complexity.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The funds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Can I return bespoke jewellery?

Bespoke commissions and personalised pieces (custom names, poetry, specific designs) cannot be returned as they are created uniquely for you.

Email us at hamed@siluxlondon.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Label

We'll send you a prepaid, insured return label via email within 24 hours.

Pack Securely

Place your unworn piece in original packaging with all certificates and care cards. Use the original box if possible.

Ship & Track

Drop off at your nearest post office or arrange collection. Track your return using the provided tracking number.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (5-7 days), we'll process your full refund to the original payment method.
