Consultation
Your journey begins with a personal conversation. Choose online (video call, WhatsApp, or email) or in-person (London appointments available).
Whether you arrive with a clear vision, a Pinterest board of inspiration, or simply a feeling, I will guide you through the process. Together we explore your design ideas, Persian heritage connections, material preferences, budget range, and timeline.
This is a conversation, not a sales pitch. Come with questions; leave with clarity.
7 days after consultation
Design Proposal
Based on our consultation, I prepare a detailed design proposal including initial sketches, Persian cultural references and symbolism, material options with provenance details, and a price estimate across different specifications.
Knowing your budget helps me present the most meaningful options. Material choices such as gold purity, gemstone grade, and stone size can shape the final price significantly, so I provide transparent breakdowns at every level.
£250 design fee, redeemable against final price
Design Development
Once you are happy to proceed, a £250 design fee secures my dedicated time for your commission. This covers sketching, 3D modelling, material sourcing, and stone selection.
At this stage, I refine the design with you through one to two rounds of amendments. For complex architectural pieces, I create detailed CAD renderings. Once the design and materials are finalised, the final price is confirmed.
The £250 design fee is fully redeemable against your final piece.
50% of final price
Approval and Deposit
Once you approve the final design, you receive a complete specification document with confirmed pricing. A 50% deposit is required to begin production and secure your materials.
Upon receiving the deposit, I source your gemstones. If there are options to choose from, I send videos via WhatsApp so you can select your preferred stones. More detailed 3D CAD drawings are finalised at this stage, with any final amendments before production begins.
4-8 weeks | Progress updates
Creation in Birmingham
Your piece is crafted by hand in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter. I send regular progress updates with workshop photographs:
Metal casting or fabrication, stone setting, Persian turquoise installation (if applicable), finishing and polishing, and UK hallmarking at Birmingham Assay Office.
If a shorter timeline is needed, let me know and I will accommodate where possible.
Your masterpiece arrives
Final Payment and Delivery
You receive photographs of your completed piece for approval. Upon final payment (remaining 50%), your jewellery is dispatched in premium Silux London packaging with your Certificate of Authenticity, Persian heritage story card, care instructions, and a handwritten note.
Your relationship with Silux London continues with lifetime care: complimentary cleaning, one free resize within 60 days, and annual servicing.
Now that you understand the process, let's explore what we can create together...

Yes! Bespoke engagement rings are a specialty, representing 30-40% of my commissions.
Popular requests:
- Persian turquoise + diamond combinations (non-traditional, culturally meaningful)
- Muqarnas-inspired settings (architectural elegance)
- Rumi or Hafez poetry engraved inside the band
- Paradise garden motifs (symbolizing eternal love)
- Cultural fusion designs (blending Persian + partner's heritage)
Engagement ring bespoke starts at £2,500 and typically ranges £3,500 - £6,500 depending on materials and complexity. I can work within your budget.
-
Absolutely. Heirloom transformation is one of my favorite commissions.
I can:
- Reset your grandmother's stones into Persian-inspired settings
- Combine inherited pieces into one new design
- Incorporate old gold into new metalwork (melting and recasting)
- Add Persian elements to existing jewellery
- Create matching pieces to complement heirlooms
Your family's emotional connection to the materials is sacred. I treat inherited pieces with reverence and tell their story through Persian design language.
Heirloom commissions start at £2,000 depending on complexity.
-
Of course! Silux London welcomes all clients who appreciate Persian artistry, regardless of heritage.
Many of my clients:
- Visited Iran or the British Museum's Persian galleries and fell in love
- Studied Persian literature, art history, or archaeology
- Simply appreciate beautiful, meaningful jewellery with cultural depth
- Are partners/spouses of Persian individuals
- Collect art jewellery and value craftsmanship
Persian heritage is my authentic voice, and I'm honored to share it with anyone who values it respectfully. You don't need to be Persian to wear Persian-inspired art—you just need to appreciate the culture and story.
-

• Client's own inherited stones
Every material is carefully sourced with documented provenance. I will recommend what suits your design, budget, and personal meaning, but the final choice is always yours.

Come with ideas, inspiration, and an open mind. Here is what helps:
Bring to consultation:
• Inspiration images (Pinterest boards, museum photographs, architecture, nature)
• Any reference to Persian art you love (miniature paintings, poetry, buildings)
• Budget range (even a rough estimate helps me design appropriately)
• Timeline needs (gift deadline, proposal date, special occasion)
• Personal stories or meanings you want incorporated
There is no need to worry about:
• Knowing jewellery terminology (I will guide you)
• Having a 'perfect' idea (we will develop it together)
• Understanding Persian culture deeply (I will share what you need to know)
The consultation is a conversation, not a test. Bring your authentic self and your vision; I will handle the rest.
-
All commissions follow the same payment structure:
• £250 design fee to begin design development (fully redeemable against the final price)
• 50% deposit upon design approval to begin production and secure materials
• 50% balance upon completion and before delivery
Instalment plans are not available for commissions over £5,000.
I accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and PayPal.
-
No idea is too complex, but I will always work within your budget.
If your vision exceeds budget:
• I will suggest simplified versions that preserve the concept
• We can phase the project (create pendant now, matching earrings later)
• Explore alternative materials (9ct instead of 18ct, Grade A instead of AAA)
• Design something entirely different within your range
My goal is to create something you will treasure, not to upsell you. If I genuinely cannot create what you want within your budget, I will tell you honestly and suggest waiting or saving rather than compromising quality.
Consultations are free and obligation-free; in the best case, we create your masterpiece.
