Sabzeh, the fresh green shoots grown for Nowruz, sit at the heart of the Persian new year table and carry the promise of spring. Each earring is a springing shoot of pavé white diamonds on 18ct white gold, set with tsavorite-green leaves and ending in a soft-pink morganite drop.
