Baharan Ring
The paradise gardens of Persia inspired poets for centuries. The Baharan ring draws from the Chahar Bagh tradition: a four-part garden radiating from a central water source, here rendered as a vivid marquise emerald held by four sculptural prongs that echo the four axes of Isfahan's royal gardens.
Set in 18ct yellow gold with a hand-hammered band, the piece pairs the deep green of an ethically sourced Colombian emerald against the warm gold that Persian craftspeople have favoured for five millennia. A fine halo of round brilliant diamonds frames the stone, referencing the stars that appear in Persian miniature paintings above garden pavilions.
